By ordering from The Digital Invites you agree to the following terms.
Orders
Orders are placed via WhatsApp. Work begins once your details and payment are received. Delivery times quoted are estimates and depend on receiving complete information.
Content
You are responsible for the accuracy of the names, dates, venues and wording you provide, and for having the right to use any photos or music you send us.
Edits
Reasonable edits to text and event details are included. Changing to a different design after work has started may be charged separately.
Refunds
As every invitation is personalised, payments are non-refundable once design work has begun. Duplicate payments are refunded after verification.
Designs
All designs remain the intellectual property of The Digital Invites. Your purchase grants a personal licence to use your invitation for your event.
